Working together towards a regenerative future
RePattern works with organisations which are ready to look beyond incremental progress
If you are willing to engage with the deeper questions of identity, strategy and systems change that meaningful sustainability requires – particularly in a fast-changing world – then we can help.
Each of our offerings can be delivered as a workshop (half-day or full day) or a longer programme (4–6 months), designed on a bespoke basis with you.
Identity and Vision: finding the 'who' that drives everything else
Every organisation has something that sits beneath the strategy decks and financial models. There is an identity that lives in stories, in moments of conviction, and in the reasons people chose to get involved in the first place.
Identity and Vision creates the conditions for leadership teams and boards to explore that deeper layer together. Setting aside professional roles and day-to-day pressures, participants bring their unfiltered connection to the organisation – its origin stories, its purpose, its hopes and honest doubts – to give organisational identity a voice from the inside out.
The result is not a brand exercise or a values statement. It is a shared, felt sense of who you are and what your organisation is for – the foundation from which genuine strategy can grow.
Future Strategy Exploration: make space to sense what's coming - and shape your response
Most leadership teams are pulled relentlessly toward the operational: the urgent, the immediate, the measurable. But the forces reshaping commercial and social landscapes don’t wait for a quiet moment in the calendar.
Future Strategy Exploration creates a deliberately protected space, away from the noise of day-to-day operations. This is where senior leaders and next-generation talent can consider what’s coming, make sense of it together, and begin to prototype what success could look like in a rapidly changing world.
Drawing on Theory U and systems thinking, the cohort moves through three interwoven phases:
Open Exploration – of the external landscape and emerging forces
Presencing – a reflective process to surface tensions and ask the deeper questions about identity and direction
Piloting – rapid co-creation sprints to prototype tangible models of future possibility
The result is not a strategy document. It is a team that has genuinely seen further, thought differently, and is equipped to make bolder, better-informed choices.
Transition Elephant: co-creating future impact opportunities that work for people and planet
Sustainability businesses tend to focus on scaling up the win-wins; contributing to incremental green growth.
Many mainstream businesses are actively competing in sustainable business markets as they become mature and profitable.
However, there is a huge opportunity to create more of what is needed. That’s where the real positive impact is. Taking advantage of this untapped potential requires a new set of innovative strategies.
In this workshop or programme, you can engage with a diverse group of professionals to:
gain inspiration, connectivity and confidence for catalytic business development
unlock novel, latent opportunities from across your ecosystem
learn new tools and approaches for collaborative strategy development
